Caramelising gun with adjustable flame and electronic ignition.

Practical, easy to use and handle, it is useful and even indispensable for:

• caramelising or flambéing products on the surface (Crème Brulée, cheese and ricotta tarts, fruit tarts, meringue / meringue...);
• ice sculptures.
