This gearbox is equipped with a 15 litre funnel and two rubber wheels specially designed to handle viscous and delicate products.
The independent wheels allow precise control and gentle movement, preventing damage to small solid particles such as fruit or other sensitive ingredients.
The robust AISI 304 stainless steel construction makes this machine ideal for food or industrial uses, where precision in dosing and protection of product texture is essential.

With the GT15 you can dose viscous products containing 3-4 mm solid parts without breaking them (e.g. blueberries, hazelnut pieces, chocolate drops) and also dose delicate products that cannot be overly compressed during dosing.
