Description
Caramelising gun with adjustable flame and electronic ignition.
Compact, easy to use and handle, it is useful and even indispensable for:
- fixing sugar pieces;
- Caramelising or flambéing products on the surface (Crème Brulee, Cheese and ricotta tarts, Fruit tarts, Meringue / Meringue meringue...);
- Ice sculptures.
With its concentrated flame, it also helps to remove semifreddo, ganache or chocolate based products from moulds or metal moulds.
It runs on butane (lighter gas) and the tank is refillable.
Dimensions: 15,4 x 7,4 x h 19,8 cm
On delivery, the product is not filled with butane.
