Description
Premix Macarons, with natural extracted colours, no hydrogenated fats and no palm oil. Just add water to prepare tasty almond macarons.
One packet is enough to make 35 pairs of macarons ø 3.5cm.
Method of use:
Mix 250 g of premix with 50/60 g of water with an electric mixer for about 7-10 minutes on medium speed until smooth. Transfer the mixture into the posh and form small, even circles. Use the silicone macaron mat to help you get perfect macarons. Leave the resulting mixture to rest for about 120 minutes so that a light crust forms. Bake at 135°C (fan oven), 150°C (static oven) for about 15 minutes.
