Preparation:
- Pronto Chocolate Mousse 400 g
- 1 litre cold milk.
Blend the premix with cold milk using a blender on maximum speed for 2-3 minutes or beat with an electric mixer on the same speed to obtain a fluffy, aerated mixture. Fill moulds or glasses and refrigerate. Before serving, the mousse can be chilled and then allowed to come to room temperature.
Ingredients: sugar, low-fat cocoa, dextrose, vegetable fat (palm), dehydrated glucose syrup, emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472b lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E477 propan1 ,2 diol fatty acid esters, modified starch, skimmed milk powder, bovine gelatin, stabiliser: sodium alginate E401, disodium diphosphate E450i, flavourings.
