Description

Premix Chocolate Mousse made from dark chocolate powder (70%), for the best light and airy chocolate mousse, with an intense and rich chocolate flavour.

How to use: Premix Dark chocolate 1000 g, milk 1250 g. Mix the milk and Dark Chocolate Premix for 5 minutes. Pour into moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Ingredients: dark chocolate 70% (sugar, cocoa, natural flavour), vegetable fat (palm), glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers: E 472a, milk protein, salt. Gluten-free product. May contain traces of soya.
