Premix Chocolate Mousse Chocolate Premix made of powdered white chocolate (63%), for the best light and airy chocolate mousse, with an intense and rich chocolate flavour.

How to use: White chocolate mousse 1000 g white chocolate, 1250 g milk, Add the milk over the premix and mix for 5 minutes. Pour into moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Ingredients: white chocolate 63% (sugar, skim milk powder, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, flavours) glucose syrup, vegetable fats (palm), emulsifier: E472a, milk protein. May contain traces of soya.
