PreGel offers a wide range of cold-processed products for the quick and easy preparation of ice-cream, sorbetto and soft ice-cream. These products help to save time and resources, while ensuring products with optimal flavour and texture characteristics.

All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, only the addition of the liquid component - water or milk - is sufficient to create high quality finished products.

Cold preparation:
Artisanal ice cream:

- Milk 2.5 litres
Soft Ice Cream:
- Sprint Crema Antica 1 kg
- Milk 2.5 -3 litres

Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, maltodextrins, vegetable fat (coconut, palm), skimmed milk powder, dietary fibre, emulsifier: E471 mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472a acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472b lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E477 propane 1,2-diol esters of fatty acids, stabiliser: E410 locust bean gum, E412 guar gum, E466 carboxymethyl cellulose, flavourings, certified colour: E 160a beta -carotene.
