Pregel offers a wide range of cold-processed products for quick and easy preparation of ice-cream, sorbetto and soft ice-cream. These products help to save time and resources, while ensuring products with optimal flavour and texture characteristics.

All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, only the addition of the liquid component - water or milk - is sufficient to create high quality finished products.
