Concentrated paste for ice cream and confectionery, Cremino flavoured (Chocolate and Hazelnut) 3 Kg.
Added to the bases, before processing in ice-cream machines, it helps to obtain an ice-cream with a unique flavour and a taste that will never be ordinary.

Dosage: 100 - 120 g / kg mixture.

Ingredients: hazelnuts, sugar, vegetable fat (peanut, shea, coconut), milk powder, flavours, burnt sugar, emulsifier: E322 soy lecithin, antioxidant: E304 fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid, E306 tocopherol concentrate.
