Concentrated paste for ice cream and confectionery, with refined and delicate flavour of Prontociocc (Chocolate) 6 Kg.
Added to the bases, before processing in ice-cream machines, it helps to obtain an ice-cream with a unique flavour and a taste that will never be ordinary.

Dosage: 100 - 150 g / kg mixture.

Ingredients: cocoa, vegetable fat (palm, sunflower), sugar, soya protein, chocolate (cocoa, cocoa butter, sugar, flavourings), emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E322 lecithin, flavourings, antioxidant: E307 alpha tocopherol.
