Concentrated paste for ice cream and confectionery, with Biscotto flavour 3 Kg.
Added to the bases, before processing in ice-cream machines, it helps to obtain an ice-cream with a unique flavour and a taste that will never be ordinary.

Dosage: 50 - 70 g / kg mixture.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, flavours, egg yolks, antioxidant: E307 alpha-tocopherol.
