Added to the bases, before processing in ice-cream machines, it helps to obtain an ice-cream with a unique flavour and a taste that will never be ordinary.

Dosage: 100 g / kg mixture.

Ingredients: vegetable fat (peanut), sugar, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, flavourings, emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E322 lecithin, antioxidant: E307 alpha tocopherol.
