Added to the bases, before processing in ice-cream machines, it helps to obtain an ice-cream with a unique flavour and a taste that will never be ordinary.

Dosage: 40 g / kg mixture.

Ingredients: dietary fibre, stabiliser: E 420i sorbitol, flavours, water, modified starch, vanilla (1%), salt, sweetener: E 960 steviol glycoside, E 955 sucralose, certified colour: E 160a beta-carotene, acidifier: E 507 food grade hydrochloric acid.
