It isa versatile product, suitable for a wide range of dishes. Made with high quality ingredients and raw materials, it can be used to flavour ice creams, custards, creams, batters and glazes. Having 0 acidity, it is suitable for flavouring creams.
A few grams are enough to bring strawberry flavour to your preparations.

Dosage: Add 10 g of the product to 1 litre of the mixture to flavour creams, doughs or ice cream.
Ingredients: Sugar , glucose, herbal extracts, flavourings, thickening agents: E407, E440; colourings: E124*, E122*, E132, E150; acidifier: E330.
