Natural Fruit 100 (without food additives), 2 kg.
PreGel manufactures different types of Fruit Bases, which are differentiated by: the type of fat contained, the dosage and the presence or absence of milk derivatives. These different characteristics determine the preparation of various types of ice-cream or fruit sorbets with more or less creamy structures.
Fruit bases are practical and quick to use as they do not require any pasteurisation process.
Cold preparation:
- Natural fruit base 100 g
- Sugar 250 g
- Water 0.5 g
- Fresh fruit 500 g.
Mix the water with the fruit puree and pour in the contents of the bag, mix with a blender. Leave the mixture to stand for about 30 minutes, then pour into the ice-cream machine.
Ingredients: dextrose, dehydrated glucose syrup, fructose, vegetable protein.
Made without gluten and milk derivatives.
