Description

100% isomalt powder, derived from sucrose. It can be replaced with sucrose in a 1:1 ratio without changing the physical characteristics of the final product. Stable at high temperatures without browning (150°C.) Perfect for candy and pastry making. How to use: Isomalt is a product that melts at 180 degrees Celsius. It can be used as it is or you can use gel dyes to make coloured decorations. Choose the desired quantity and put it in a silicon mould for melting in the microwave, or in a metal pot directly on the fire. After melting, stir gently. The unused melted isomal can be melted again, up to 3 times. Quantity: 900 gr.
