Covermax is a range of coating products for use after baking, ideal for bakery products packaged at room temperature and for decorating products served at positive temperatures. The coating provided by Covermax is dry, opaque and reduces the sticky effect on the finished product packaging.

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (palm, shea, coconut), skimmed milk powder, pistachios (10%), milk powder, certified colouring: E160a beta-carotene, emulsifier: E322 soya lecithin, vegetable extracts, salt, flavours, antioxidant: E304 fatty acid and ascorbic acid esters, E306 tocopherol concentrate.
