Artisanal ice-cream base with hot preparation, Diamant 50, 2 kg.
The hot prepared bases involve a production process consisting of 2 main phases: pasteurisation of the neutral base composition and freezing it after flavouring according to taste/preference.
Diamant 50 base is recommended for professional use.
Hot preparation in pasteuriser:
- 40-50 g of Diamond Base 50
- 220-250 g sugar
- 1 litre milk.
Or:
- 40-50 g of Diamond Base 50
- 230-260 g sugar
- 1 litre milk
- 50 g cream.
Ingredients: Dextrose, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabiliser: E412 guar gum, E410 carob gum, E466 carboxymethylcellulose, E401 sodium alginate, E407 carrageenan, flavours.
Gluten-free product.
