Description

Professional digital thermometer for immediate temperature reading, with fixed stainless steel probe and plastic case/cover.

Temperature measuring range: - 20°C / + 120°C.
Temperature display mode: 0.1 °C in the range: -19.9 and + 199.9 °C 1°C in unspecified range.
For ambient temperatures: in the range -10 to +50 °C.
Measurement accuracy: +/-1 deg. in the range -20°C / +200 °C; +/-2 deg. in the unspecified range.
Rod length: 12 cm.
Battery included. 1 pc x 1,5 V.

Instructions for use:

1. Press ON/OFF to switch on/off the measuring unit.
2. To measure product temperature:

• Insert approx. 5 cm of the probe into the product;
• The temperature will be shown on the Display;
• Before removing the thermometer from the product, press the HOLD key.
• The temperature reading will remain shown on the Display until the Hold key is pressed again, when the display will return to the normal operating mode.
• The unit will switch off automatically after 10 min. if no key is pressed.

Warning:

• Do not leave the Thermometer in the oven during baking!
• Do not leave the thermometer in areas with extreme temperatures or strong vibrations!
• Do not touch the hot probe with unprotected hands!
• Wash the metal probe of the thermometer with water and detergent.
• Clean the thermometer by hand only.
• Do not use solvents or abrasives for cleaning!
• Do not immerse the thermometer completely in water.
• Sterilise the metal probe by placing it in hot water for a few minutes.
