Description

Professional digital thermometer for immediate reading of food temperature.
Heat resistant and ideal for constant temperature reading in the oven.

Temperature measuring range: 0°C / + 250°C.
Rod length: 16 cm.

Housing made of plastic and stainless steel.
Battery included, 1 pc x 1,5 V AAA.

Equipped with:

• Stainless steel probe with 1m heat resistant cable;
• Acoustic alarm system on reaching the set temperature (upper / lower limit);
• Clock (12/24h), timer (up to 24h) and stopwatch;
• support for fixing on the table and magnet for fixing on metal parts of work equipment.

Warning:

• Do not leave the Thermometer in the oven during baking but only its metal rod!
• Do not leave the thermometer in areas with extreme temperatures or strong vibrations!
• Do not touch the hot probe with unprotected hands!
• Wash the metal probe of the thermometer with water and detergent; do not use solvents or abrasive parts for cleaning.
• Clean the thermometer by hand only.
• Do not immerse the thermometer completely in water. Sterilise the metal probe by placing it in hot water for several minutes.
