Description

Professional digital thermometer for immediate temperature reading with fixed probe.

Temperature measuring range:- 50°C / + 300°C.

Instructions for use:

• Before using the thermometer, remove the protective film from the LCD display.
• To switch the thermometer on, press and hold the HOLD button for 2 seconds; the LCD display lights up, displays all options and then the current probe temperature.
• The default display unit is Fahrenheit. If you want to change the unit of measure to Celsius, press the °C/°F button for 2 seconds.
• To hold the data, before removing the probe from the food, press the HOLD button. This will hold the temperature reading until
• when the button is not pressed again.
• To turn on the LCD display, press the °C/°F button once.

Warnings:
Do not leave the Thermometer in the oven during baking, in areas with extreme temperatures or strong vibrations!
Do not touch the hot probe with unprotected hands!
Wash the metal probe of the thermometer with water and detergent; do not use solvents or abrasive parts for cleaning. Clean the thermometer by hand only.
Do not immerse the thermometer completely in water.
Sterilise the metal probe by placing it in hot water for several minutes.
