Very versatile, perfectly fluid and easy to use, it can be used for numerous applications.

Tempering temperature 28-30°C
Recommended use: mould moulding, mousse, pralines and modelling.
Packaging: 5 kg.
Transport above 25°C may cause melting of chocolate and bloom (white deposits). Changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
