The Pannacrema range of high quality concentrated pastes is characterised by an intense and authentic flavour, unaffected by the baking process. These pastes are designed to flavour confectionery products, whipped cream, butter creams, ganache and any type of dessert, which can be eaten at positive or negative temperatures.

Dosage: 30 - 70 g / kg mixture.

Ingredients: sugar syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, dehydrated coconut milk (17%), stabiliser: sorbitol syrup E420ii, pectin E440i, xanthan gum E415, flavourings, acidifier: citric acid E330, condensed milk, antioxidant: E 307 alpha-tocopherol.
