Chocolate cream with a fine texture and intense cocoa flavour, specially designed for use in confectionery and pastry. Ideal for filling cakes and cupcakes, icing, decorating or applying directly to pastries.
Spreads easily, has good stability and can be used as is. Suitable for both professional and home use.
