Description
Vegetable cream to replace cream in confectionery products.
Directions for use:
Keep the product in the refrigerator for three hours before use. Vegetable whipping cream can be used after it has been well beaten with a mixer until firm and aerated.
Storage and conditions for use:
Store at temperatures between +4 °C and +20 °C. After opening, refrigerate and use within 3-4 days.
Ingredients:water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm), sugar, stabilisers: hydroxypropylcellulose and sorbitol, milk proteins, emulsifiers: lactic acid esters with mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lactic acid esters with mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids from vegetable oils, soya lecithin, acidity regulators: sodium phosphate and potassium phosphate, salt, flavour, colour: yellow (beta-carotene).
