Description
Festipak is a versatile and effective no added sugar vegetable cream suitable for sweet and savoury applications.
It can be used both liquid and blended, ideal for ganache, cream sauces, fillings or decorations.
It has a fine consistency and excellent mixing behaviour, giving up to 3.5 times the volume.
It withstands temperatures up to 80°C but is not suitable for baking.
Ideal choice for customised, low-sugar products.
