My Chef Vegetable Cream, 25% Fat, 1 L

My Chef 25% Fat Vegetable Cream is a sweetened UHT vegetable cream, specially created for confectionery and patisserie. Thanks to its smooth texture and excellent stability after mixing, it is ideal for decorating cakes, filling pastries and creating desserts that require a flawless appearance and a high volume.

Directions for use: For best results, chill the product to 6–8°C before mixing. Whisk with a mixer until you achieve the desired consistency. Once opened, store the product in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
