Description
Thermostable chocolate very small white chocolate nuggets, perfect for filling and decorating pastry creations and specially designed to be used before baking.
You can also use them to enrich ice cream and cold desserts.
Quantity: 45,000 nuggets
Pack: 5 kg.
Allergens: lactose and soya.
Ingredients: sugar, lactose, cocoa butter, anhydrous milk fat, modified starch, emulsifier soya lecithin, natural flavour.
Transport above 25°C may cause melting of chocolate and bloom (white deposits). The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
