Ready-made sugar paste, specially made for modelling, coating and decorating.Capacity: 1 kg.Colour: BlueFeatures:Thanks to the special formula, the paste has an optimal consistency and a high degree of elasticity, and can be rolled out in very thin layers without the risk of breaking during modelling.Gluten free.Usage:The paste has the ideal consistency to be used immediately, but for easy modelling it is necessary to prepare it in advance.Take the desired amount from the package and knead gently by hand, and in a short time it will soften, becoming malleable, and can be used.It is not necessary to add powdered sugar!Carefully close the packaging after each use!Colouring the pasteIt can be coloured:- in the mass, using gel-type food colouring;- by brush application, on surfaces or decorations, of powdered or gel food colouring, in solid state or diluted with a little food alcohol, water or oil (depending on the type of colouring);- by airbrush application, on surfaces or decorations, of liquid, water-soluble or fat-soluble food colouring.Method of storage:In dry and cool places (max. 20°C), in the original packaging or in hermetically sealed thick foil bags (with light and air barrier), from which the air will be eliminated; only in this way the paste will keep its organoleptic characteristics.
