Ready-made sugar paste, specially made for modelling, coating and decoration. Capacity: 1 kg. Colour: Black Characteristics: Thanks to the special formula, the paste has an optimal consistency and a high degree of elasticity, and can be spread in very thin layers without the risk of breaking when modelling.Gluten free. Usage: The paste has the ideal consistency to be used immediately, but for easy modelling it is necessary to prepare it in advance. Take the desired amount from the packet and knead gently by hand, and in a short time it will soften, becoming malleable, and can be used. It is not necessary to add powdered sugar! Close the pack carefully after each use! Colouring of the paste It can be coloured: - in the mass, using gel-type food colouring agents; - by brush application, on surfaces or decorations, of powdered or gel food colouring agents, in solid form or diluted with a little food alcohol, water or oil (depending on the type of colouring agent); - by airbrush application, on surfaces or decorations, of liquid, water-soluble or fat-soluble food colouring agents. Storage: in dry and cool places (max. 20°C), in the original packaging or in hermetically sealed thick foil bags (with light and air barrier), from which the air will be removed; only in this way the paste will keep its organoleptic characteristics.
