Description

Premix in powder form with Tiramisu flavour specially designed for making cold mousse products, Bavarian and cold desserts. Quick and easy to use in the cold process, it is an excellent replacement for gelatine sheet. Guaranteed frost resistance.

How to use:

200 g. LILLY TIRAMISU
200 g. water or milk (15-20°C)
1000 g. cream (4-5°C)
Beat the cream, water or milk and LILLY TIRAMISU in a planetary mixer with a whisk. Put into suitable moulds and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for at least 40 minutes.
The product can also be used by the indirect method by first mixing LILLY TIRAMISU with water or milk using a whisk and then adding unsweetened, slightly beaten cream.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- to obtain Bavarian creams, mousses, ice-cream cakes with a more intense taste and colour it is recommended to increase the dose of LILLY TIRAMISU mentioned in the above recipe up to 250 g.
- add sugar to the cream if desired.
- if using vegetable substitutes for the cream, we recommend increasing the dose of water or milk to 300 g and not beating the mixture for too long to avoid too strong a consistency.
