Cheesecake-flavoured premix in powder form specially designed for making cold mousse products, Bavarian and cold desserts. Quick and easy to use in cold processing, it is an excellent replacement for gelatine sheet. Guaranteed frost resistance.

How to use:

Premix Lilly 200 g
Water (10-15°C) 500 g
Whipped cream 500 g
Mix the Premix Lilly with the water and gradually stir in the whipped cream without sugar, pour into the appropriate moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for at least 40 minutes.

Quantity: 1 kg.

Allergens: soya, milk and milk products.

Ingredients: sugar, fresh cheese powder (LAPTE), animal gelatine (bovine), starch, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), dehydrated glucose syrup, flavourings.
