Concentrated paste for ice cream and confectionery with Caramel and Salted Butter flavour 3 Kg.
Added to the bases, before processing them in ice-cream machines, it helps to obtain an ice-cream with a unique flavour and a taste that will never be ordinary.

Dosage: 100 g / kg mixture.

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (peanut), butter (23%), skimmed milk powder, burned sugar (5%), milk powder, salt (2%), natural flavours, flavourings, emulsifier: lecithin E322, antioxidant: E307 alpha tocopherol.
