Dawn Fond Fond Dawn Cherry Flavour Premix is a versatile product, specially designed for the preparation of mousses, Bavarians, semifreddos and other refined desserts. With an intense and authentic cherry flavour, its easy-to-use formula allows you to quickly achieve the perfect texture, guaranteeing consistent and authentic results every time.

Preparation: Combine 200 g of the mixture with 200 ml of water at a temperature of approximately 20 °C. Mix well until homogenised, then gradually stir in 1000 g of fresh, unsweetened cream, making sure the mixture remains aerated. It is recommended to use the mixture immediately after preparation for optimal texture.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose, gelatine, cherry juice granules (20% cherry juice equivalent), acid (citric acid), food colouring (beetroot concentrate), natural flavour, salt.
