Fond Dawn Lemon Flavour Premix is a versatile product, specially designed for the preparation of mousses, Bavarians, semifreddos and other refined desserts. With its intense and authentic lemon flavour, its easy-to-use formula allows you to quickly achieve the perfect texture, guaranteeing consistent and authentic results every time.

Preparation: Combine 200 g of the mix with 200 ml of water at a temperature of approximately 20 °C. Mix well until homogenised, then gradually stir in 1000g of fresh, unsweetened cream, making sure the mixture remains aerated. It is recommended to use the mixture immediately after preparation for optimal texture.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose, gelatine, lemon juice powder (lemon juice equivalent 22,8 %), acid (citric acid), natural flavour, salt.
