The baking chamber reaches a maximum temperature of 550°C, thanks to the base made of two superimposed stones: the first layer of Biscotto di Sorrento and the second of Activestone. This combination ensures optimal heat retention and low energy consumption.
- The heating elements are integrated directly into the refractory stone, ensuring high energy efficiency, maximum protection and thermal stability, even during periods of intense work.
- The oven is equipped with a state-of-the-art microprocessor, a 5" touch screen and an intelligent temperature management system.
- The oven has an innovative hood that starts automatically and includes LED lighting and touch screen control. Its revolutionary system extracts smoke, keeping the baking chamber temperature stable without creating cold or overheated areas.
