The Flame 6 professional gas oven is specially designed and ideal for pizzerias and restaurants. Easy to use, with guaranteed energy savings and uncompromising performance.

A special arrangement of burners and Activestone technology generate heat quickly, ensuring even baking throughout the room and saving time and energy.

The Flame gas oven is certified and annually tested, while requiring very little maintenance.

The specially shaped steel baffles transmit heat to the perforated upper part of the chamber and, by radiation, to the pizza. It recreates the dynamics of a wood-burning oven, but without the use of charcoal and in complete safety conditions.
