Description
Special Crème Brulée Premix. Very easy and quick to use: just add milk and liquid cream to make this delicious dessert. This mixture also lends itself to the creation of other exquisite desserts such as Crema Catalana.
How to use: Premix Creme Brulee 70 g, milk 250 g, liquid cream 200 g. Mix the premix with part of the milk (about 100 g) until it becomes a homogeneous paste , avoiding lumps, add the remaining milk and liquid cream, stir continuously until it reaches boiling point. Pour the mixture into moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelise with a burner.
Ingredients: sugar, starch, gelling agent: carrageenan E407, natural flavour, colouring: beta carotene. Gluten free. May contain traces of soya and milk.
