Description
Premix in powdered form with Raspberry flavour specially designed for making cold mousse products, Bavarian and cold desserts. Quick and easy to use in cold processing, it is an excellent replacement for gelatine sheet. Guaranteed frost resistance.
How to use: Lilly Raspberry Flavour 200 g, water or milk (15-20°C) 300 g, liquid whipped cream (4-5°C) 1000 g. Mix the whipped cream, water or milk and Lilly Raspberry Flavour with a planetary mixer. Pour the mixture into the moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for 40 minutes.
Ingredients: sugar, gelatine of animal origin (bovine), maltodextrin, dehydrated raspberries , dehydrated glucose syrup, acidity regulators: citric acid and lactic acid , starch, flavourings, colouring: beetroot, thickening agent: E401. May contain traces of soya and milk.
