Description
Ready-made sugar paste, with an intense white colour, specially made for modelling flowers by the petal by petal method.

Characteristics:
Thanks to the special formula, the paste has an optimal consistency and a high degree of elasticity, and can be spread in a very thin layer without the risk of breaking when modelling.
Usage:
The paste has the ideal consistency to be used immediately, but for easy modelling it is necessary to prepare it in advance.
Take the desired amount from the packet and knead gently by hand, and in a short time it will soften, becoming malleable, and can be used.
It is not necessary to add powdered sugar!
Close the packaging carefully after each use!
Colouring the paste
It can be coloured:
- in the mass, using gel-type food colouring;
- by brush application, on surfaces or decorations, of powdered or gel food colourings, solid or diluted with a little food alcohol, water or oil (depending on the type of colouring);
- by airbrush application of liquid, water-soluble or fat-soluble food colourants on surfaces or decorations.
Storage:
In a dry and cool place (max. 20°C), in the original packaging or in hermetically sealed thick foil bags (light and air barrier), from which the air will be removed; only in this way the paste will keep its organoleptic characteristics.
