Harvested and prepared in Tahiti according to the traditional method, our TAHITI GRADE A "EXTRA TAHITI" vanilla pods bring an extra intensity to your creations, thanks to their aromatic notes of aniseed, almonds and powdery accents.

Flavour profile: Aniseed and powdered almond notes.
Ingredients: 100% Tahiti vanilla paste

Infusion Instructions:
- Slice the pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds with a knife and add to the liquid brew (1 pod per litre).
- Leave to infuse at 70°C for 20 minutes, then leave to cool.
- For a more intense flavour, if possible infuse for 24 hours in the fridge.
