Harvested and prepared in Madagascar according to the traditional method, our MADAGASCAR BOURBON BOURBON GRADE A vanilla pods enrich your creations with the intensity of their aromatic notes: balsamic, phenolic and woody.

Ingredients: 100% Bourbon Madagascar vanilla paste.

Infusion Instructions:
- Slice the pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds with a knife and put everything into the liquid brew (1 pod per litre).
- Leave to infuse at 70°C for 20 minutes, then leave to cool.
- For a more intense flavour, if possible infuse for 24 hours in the fridge
