Harvested and prepared in Papua New Guinea according to the traditional method, our PAPUA NEW GUINEA GRADE A vanilla pods enrich your creations with the intensity of their aromatic notes: fruity, powdery, almost raspberry, with hints of almonds and spices.

Ingredients: 100% Papua New Guinea vanilla paste

Infusion Instructions:
- Slice the pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds with a knife and add to the liquid brew (1 pod per litre).
- Leave to infuse at 70°C for 20 minutes, then leave to cool.
- For a more intense flavour, if possible infuse for 24 hours in the fridge
