The mould can be used in the oven/microwave oven as well as in the freezer/cooler.
Tips for using silicone moulds:
1. Do not use sharp objects for cleaning or product extraction!
2. Do not place or expose the mould, directly on fire sources or directly on hobs!
3. Do not use any aggressive detergents or rinsing solutions when washing!
4. Can be used in the dishwasher.
