Salted Caramel Flavouring Paste is produced with the finest raw materials available. By adding a small amount, you can intensify the flavour of creams, desserts, cake batter or ice cream.
Rue Flambee offers products of excellent quality to satisfy the requirements of all consumers: from those who simply need good and delicious delicacies, to the more health-conscious who prefer natural products, free from hydrogenated fats, palm oil, GMO and gluten-free.
Dosage: 120 g of product per 1 litre of mix.

Ingredients: caramel 43% (glucose syrup, burnt sugar, colouring: caramel with caustic sulphite E150b), glucose syrup, sugar, water, salt 0.5%, thickening agent: E407, preservative: potassium sorbate (E202).
