Royal Icing Black powdered. Weight: 600 gr. Great taste and flavour. This premix is very versatile because, depending on the amount of water used, you can make a more consistent or more fluid composition. The Royal Icing is used for fine decorations on cakes, cupcakes, biscuits or other desserts, using specific techniques. It can be mass coloured using water-soluble gel or powder food colourants. The decorations made with Royal Icing can be tinted by applying on their surface: - powdered food colouring, using decorating brushes; - powdered or gel food colouring, diluted with a little food alcohol, water or oil (depending on the type of colouring chosen), using decorating brushes; - liquid, water-soluble or fat-soluble food colouring, using an airbrush.
