Premix Vanilla Instant Cold Process Vanilla Cream in powder form for cold-processed cream. Quick and easy to use, perfect for making an excellent cream with a bright yellow colour, creamy texture and easy to customise!
How to use: add 400-450g TOP CREAM to water (350-400g in milk, according to preference) and stir vigorously with a whisk. Leave to stand for 3 minutes, then stir briefly, resulting in a perfect smooth cream ready to use. The cream obtained with TOP CREAM is resistant to baking as well as freezing.
