Description
Premix Mascarpone is a powdered product free from gluten, eggs, hydrogenated fats, preservatives and palm oil.
How to use: Pour 2.5 kg of cold cream into the container and add the contents of the preparation. Dissolve well with the mixer for about 4/5 minutes. Leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, coconut oil, skimmed milk powder, maltodextrin, modified potato starch, thickening agent: calcium alginate (E404); stabilisers: diphosphates (E450), potassium phosphates (E340); acidity regulator: sodium phosphates (E339); maize starch, milk proteins, flavours, emulsifiers: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472a), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471).
