Description
Premix Crème de Patisserie is a product in the form of a powder free from gluten, eggs, hydrogenated fats, preservatives and palm oil.
How to use: in a bowl, mix 100 g of premix with 250 g of milk at room temperature or lukewarm. Leave to rest for a few minutes and then beat for 2/3 minutes with a mixer.
To use as a filling or to make a Chantilly cream, mix with semi-whipped cream. Once finalised, store in the fridge to keep fresh for a few days.
Ingredients: sugar, modified potato starch, LAPTE skimmed powder, maize fibre, rice starch , maize starch, coconut oil, glucose syrup, LAPTE protein, stabiliser: potassium phosphates (E340); emulsifiers: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472a), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); flavours, thickeners: sodium alginate (E401), carrageenan (E407); acidity regulator: sodium phosphates (E339): colours: curcumin (E100), carotenes (E160a).
